Showing F-150 Lightning as a truck for people who are still living in this world.

Insight

People can be skeptical of electric vehicles and sometimes, those very people are also skeptical and very imaginative in other areas of their lives as well.

Radio Ad Script 0:30 : “Protection from the Waves”

MVO [Angry and confident]: There is no good leader left to run this great nation! All of these are puppets! Everyone has been brainwashed. Look!! an electric truck! Everyone close your eyes and ears and yourself with a space blanket!”

SFX: Sound of confusion and panic among people.

MVO: “It passed, It passed!”

SFX: Sound of relief from the crowd.

MVO: Phew, What they never tell you is that the electric waves from the truck fry your brain.! They are coming up with new things, we gotta protect ourselves!”

SFX: Sound of people murmuring in agreement.

TV Spot Script 0:30: “Electric Truck for Real World People”

[OPEN on two middle-aged men, JOHN and WILL, sitting in their front yard, each holding a beer.]

John: Hold on, Willie, you seeing what I’m seeing?

[CUT TO: A Ford F-150 Lightning cruising down the street, smoothly hitching up a trailer.]

Will: Yeah, isn’t that the new F-150 Lightning?

John: Yep hahaha, heard you need to adopt an elephant just to pull those out of your garage.

[CUT TO: The Ford F-150 Lightning confidently towing a 10,000 lbs house down the road. Both men exchange uneasy looks and take a sip of their beer. They clear their throats.]

Will (in a serious tone): Soo... You were saying the moon landing was fake?

John: Totally, you know my buddy Cowiee? He knows a guy—(voice fades out)
